Each holiday home comes with its own spacious plot set amidst beautifully maintained grounds and stunning sea views. Our annual pitch fees are inclusive of all charges with the exception of gas, electric and caravan/lodge insurance. You can make a holiday home by the coast your new normal.

Your holiday home will come fully sited with our excellent first time buyers’ package, which includes the following:
- No site fees to pay until December 2024
- No Age limit
- All siting and connection charges, gas and electric safety tests, digital TV aerial, interior and exterior valet and steps.
- Professional demonstration and handover to get you settled in!
We can also offer decking packages to suit your holiday home – prices will vary depending on size and style – and are available upon request.
