We pride ourselves on our beautifully-presented, landscaped coastal park. Each holiday home is located on a sea-view plot with its own block-paved driveway and full connections including piped gas, so it really is home from home. It’s only a ten minute walk to the beach and promenade at Spittal and, as well as our small on-site play park, ideal for 3-12 year olds. If you’re feeling refreshed and fancy venturing further, you’ll find the park’s location convenient for a range of day trips, attractions and activities.
Whilst being a relaxed park where you can chill-out and enjoy the views, we do have a playpark on site as well as a large field area ideal for casual sports. There are lots of walks from the park itself in glorious countryside and down on the beach – just the thing for your four-legged friends, who are most welcome. The park has Wi-Fi, a friendly reception area, and we host regular owner events such as our legendary Summer fish and chips and hog roasts, fireworks displays, and coffee mornings.

On your stay with us, you’ll not be the only residents – look out for our Insect Hotels, Bird and Bat Boxes and Hedgehog Houses! And our borders and planting are all designed with the local wildlife in mind, so you’ll not be the only ones to find our park feels like home.
With the park located just above the golden sands of Spittal beach which is within the Northumberland coast area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has a marine conservation award. Indeed, you can often see dolphins playing in the waters offshore.
From stunning sea views, to castles and countryside, Elm Bank Coastal Park is all about fresh air, open space, on the stunning Northumberland Coast. Our beautifully maintained and manicured grounds are the perfect location to recharge your batteries. There are no pubs and clubs on our park but that’s exactly how our owners and holiday-makers like it. Facilities and attractions are just a few minutes drive away in the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, where you can sample many local delicacies. There’s plenty to see and do close by – so you really can get the best of both worlds.
