Back by popular demand, we’re delighted to welcome Northumberland Coffee back to the park.
Pop along, relax, and enjoy a freshly made coffee or hot chocolate, a delicious tray bake, and great company with fellow owners.
A lovely, laid-back afternoon — the perfect excuse to catch up and unwind. We look forward to seeing you there.
Summer evening boat trip!
PAST EVENT

Join us for a special summer evening as we take to the water for a relaxed coastal cruise.
5:00pm – Meet at the dockside for evening drinks
6:00pm – Board the boat and set sail along the Northumberland coastline
With a bit of luck, we may even spot dolphins along the way
7:30pm – Return to harbour to round off the evening
We’ll finish with a traditional seaside treat — ice cream from Fortes.
A relaxed, social evening with fellow owners, beautiful scenery, and a true holiday feel — not to be missed.
Italian Saturday at Elm Bank!

Evening Cocktail RIB Boat Trip

Join us for a practical demonstration of the FLOE Drain Down System and discover how it can help protect your holiday home from frost damage while giving you greater flexibility to enjoy our 11-month season.
See FLOE in action, ask questions, and learn about other winter precautions including heat trace systems and smart heating controls.

On the eve of Berwick Lighthouse’s 200th birthday, we’re inviting owners across the park to raise a glass at sunset to this iconic local landmark.
